| Deposit checks must be made payable to: SARL CCRP. | The booking becomes effective upon receipt of your 30% deposit check. |
| Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday or from Wednesday to Wednesday (July–August). | The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival; no reminder will be sent. |
| Stays from 2 nights are available during low and mid season. | Checks, holiday vouchers, and credit cards are accepted. |
| Check-in starts from 4:00 PM. | No reduction will be granted for late arrivals or shortened stays. |
| Rentals must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM. | Bed linen rental (€15) and/or towel rental (€5) are optional and available at reception. |
| Cleaning during the stay is the responsibility of the guest and will be checked by our staff upon departure. | Cleaning package available on request. |
| Two security deposits will be requested upon arrival and returned at the end of the stay (€75 cleaning deposit, €150 equipment deposit). | Air conditioning: All our mobile homes are equipped with air conditioning. In the event of a breakdown, repairs will be carried out as quickly as possible for your comfort. |
| The tourist tax is €0.44 per person. | However, an air conditioning breakdown will not entitle guests to any discount on their stay. |
